The cervix, also known as the neck of the womb, produces natural lubrication. This lubrication is there to keep your vagina moist and supple. The lubrication inside the vagina is meant to move slowly down to keep the vagina clean and free of dead cells. Since the vaginal moisture is slightly acidic, it will help to keep your vagina healthy by preventing infections. You should not be worried if you see some light white vaginal discharge.
When you are sexually excited your vagina is supposed to produce extra moisture to help with sexual intercourse. The Bartholins gland is supposed to produce this extra moisture. While this is supposed to happen, that is not always the case. 25% of women that are age 50 – 59 experience vaginal dryness during sex and 16% have reported that they feel pain.

This will allow you to have better sex.
