I have to say that I have been suffering with a lose vagina for almost five years now. I am so tired of having a vagina that is lose and I know that my husband is sick of it too. Whenever I had to undergo hormone therapy it really messed me up and they said that I got vaginal atrophy. I have started using Intivar like you recommended and am seeing some results. Thanks for the tips on vaginal exercise. I read your post and had been doing them for about two months now. I’m so depressed. I work in the porn industry and am starting to see and feel the difference in the tightness(well now the word loose seems to be more of a “fitting” term) and my fiancee isn’t very big. so imagine the difference to him. Justine, I discovered a product called Naeleen’s recently during a search for ‘natural’ remedy for yeast and other vaginal issues. This product is supposed to do a lot of stuff, especially reduce vaginal odor. The person selling it said that it worked so well for her (odor) that she decided to be a distributor. I purchased it because it’s the correct PH for the vagina, and my issues were so extreme that even water was stinging horribly. As soon as I applied the Naeleen’s, used similar to an exterior vaginal wash in the shower, the stinging stopped and sweet relief. Of course, as soon as I rinsed, the stinging returned. But as a side benefit, I noticed that the slight odor I had developed went away with one wash. It’s an herbal based product, I think from Chinese Medicine theory. There’s a website explaining all the supposed benefits. It takes a couple of weeks to ship, but I think it’s worth it. And it’s a little bottle, but it lasts much longer than the 30 days indicated.
